Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit small business customers and demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions. You will tailor each system to fit the business, build trust, and identify new leads while earning uncapped commissions.

Training is provided, with initial earnings potential around $85,000 and the opportunity to exceed $150,000 with performance. Mileage reimbursement and travel within territory are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; focused on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
