ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to engage small business customers, demonstrate the value of our security solutions, and tailor systems to each client’s needs. You’ll travel within your designated territory, build trusted relationships, and close deals that deliver real value.

Expect a commission-based structure with strong upside, plus comprehensive benefits. Training is provided, and a first-eight-weeks earning window is offered to support ramp-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners, acting as a reliable advisor.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your territory.
