ADT is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to visit small business customers, demonstrate security and smart business solutions, and tailor systems to each business’s layout and needs. You’ll travel within your territory, build trusted relationships, and drive new opportunities through proactive outreach.

Earn uncapped commissions with strong training and earning potential, including a first-weekup to $4,000 and 85k+ annual earnings for new advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder who can guide customers to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and security needs, combining security and life-safety technology.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within the territory.
