Job summary

ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to engage small business customers across the assigned territory in the United States. You will listen, consult, and tailor security solutions, visiting client sites to assess needs and present the right product mix.

Compensation is highly performance-based with uncapped commissions; first 8 weeks include training wages and a potential total earnings range from six figures for experienced reps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Customize each system to fit the business’ layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your territory.
