Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to educate small business customers on our security and smart business solutions. You will visit customer sites, tailor solutions to their layouts, and guide them to the right security and automation options.

You’ll work with owners and decision-makers to close deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We offer uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, including a first 8 weeks training bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and eager to learn.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments are fulfilled and foster long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing territory leads.
