Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate our security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit client locations, tailor systems, and close deals in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Expect uncapped commissions; first eight weeks training can pay up to $4,000. A strong communicator with a background in consumer sales is ideal, and you’ll travel within your territory using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator capable of consulting with customers and guiding to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each security system to fit business layout and needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within territory to maximize growth.
