Job summary

ADT is seeking a results-driven sales advisor to engage small business customers across the territory. You will explain ADT’s security and smart business solutions, tailoring each installation to the customer’s layout and needs while building lasting relationships.

Expect expansive earning potential with uncapped commissions; training period includes upfront pay. Candidates should be prepared to travel and manage relationships from site visits to post-install follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who guides customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible, able to learn new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
