Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking energetic sales professionals to counsel small business owners on security and smart business solutions. You will visit customer locations, demonstrate value, and tailor installations to fit their layout, operations, and safety needs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a customer-centric mindset. Earnings are commission-based with generous upside, plus comprehensive training and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers and guide to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within the territory to maximize growth.
