Job summary

ADT Security Services in the United States is seeking energetic sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit client sites, consult on tailored security systems, and close new business while building lasting relationships.

We offer uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, comprehensive training, and benefits. Eligible associates can earn an income well into six figures with performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can consult with customers.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and referrals.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within the territory.
