ADT Security Services is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to visit small business customers, demonstrate our security and smart business solutions, and tailor installations to each client’s layout. You will build trust, consult on the best mix of security, automation, and life-safety tech, and nurture ongoing relationships to drive referrals.

Successful candidates enjoy problem-solving, effective communication, and the drive to grow their territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover new leads and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to guide customers to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners to become reliable sales advisors.
• Customize each system to fit business layout, operations, and security needs with integrated solutions.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new small business leads within your territory to maximize growth.
