Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a proactive field sales professional to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit client locations, assess needs, and tailor systems that secure people and property while driving growth for the territory.

You will work in a dynamic environment partnering with business owners and decision-makers. The role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and benefits to support lasting success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Explain the value of ADT products and services to small business customers and recommend options.
• Visit customers at their businesses and tailor security solutions to fit layout and operations.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
