Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking energetic sales professionals to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit customers at their locations, customize systems, and provide tailored recommendations to fit their needs.

In this role you will build trust with owners, collaborate with decision-makers, and drive new business opportunities while earning uncapped commissions and undergoing comprehensive training and support from the ADT team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments are fulfilled and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your territory.
