Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; we provide high-quality sales training.
• 1–2 years of work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industry, OR military experience.
• Must be able to use modern digital tools and platforms to boost productivity and results.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your assigned geography by closing sales and achieving targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud-based HR solutions and cross-selling within existing accounts.
