Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to be the primary banking partner for assigned branches. You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million, and build lasting relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Based in Kentucky, this on-site role covers two to three branches. You will prospect, coordinate with team members, and use CRM to track opportunities while driving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act license registration and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million
• Drive outside prospecting and sales activities to meet targets
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams to deliver client value
