Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• At least five years in customer service, consultative sales or small-business banking.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Prospect, engage and grow client relationships through structured discovery and follow-through.
