Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z; compliance with criminal and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through outreach, discovery, and consultative selling.
• Collaborate with branches and other partners to coordinate services and ownership of relationships.
