U.S. Bank is hiring a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for branches and relationships. You will deliver tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M and manage multiple branch locations.

You’ll prospect, discover client needs, and present cash-flow, lending, treasury, and digital tools to support growth while maintaining CRM discipline and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, and small-business banking.
• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.
• Grow revenue through prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
