U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary small business banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will prospect, build client relationships, and present deposit, lending, treasury, and payment solutions while coordinating with internal partners to maximize client value. This role requires strong CRM discipline and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in customer service, consultative sales, or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; product knowledge and relationship management.

Responsibilities
