Qualifications

• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships, providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million
• Develops and deepens client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through
• Translates financial information, cash-flow dynamics, client goals, operating cycle considerations, and risk indicators into practical guidance and solution recommendations
• Balances acquisition, deepening, and service while maintaining CRM discipline and responsible banking practices
