Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.

You will build relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to deliver practical financial guidance. This role requires outside prospecting, supporting 2–3 branch locations, and driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFED Act and Regulation Z with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
