The role requires 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, and/or small-business banking, with strong CRM discipline and compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, or small-business banking.
• Lifelong compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements including SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses ($500K–$2.5M revenue).
• Prospect, nurture relationships, and drive revenue through structured discovery and follow-through.
