Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches.

You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses, translate cash-flow dynamics into guidance, and proactively build client relationships across branches and centers of influence. The role requires outside prospecting to grow revenue, meet targets, and maintain CRM discipline while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop client relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
• Drive outside prospecting to grow revenue and meet targets; coordinate with branch teams.
