Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Experience with client discovery, pipeline management, and risk management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and structured discovery.
• Coordinate with branches and partners to deliver deposits, lending, treasury, and digital tools.
• Maintain CRM discipline and comply with applicable banking laws and regulations.
