Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Three+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, or small-business banking.
• Demonstrates client discovery, prospecting, solutioning, relationship-building, communication, product knowledge, pipeline management, and risk management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect and grow relationships through structured discovery, outreach, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate financial information and client needs into practical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with branches, centers of influence, and other partners to maintain coordinated client experience.
