Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB banking partner for multiple branches and deepen client relationships with $500K–$2.5M annual revenues.

You will translate financial needs into practical guidance, delivering cash-flow analysis, lending, treasury and digital tools. The role requires outside prospecting, regular engagement with branches, and active CRM discipline to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS licensing and regulatory registration (S.A.F.E. Act/Reg Z) and compliant record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenues.
• Develop relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
