Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses ($500K–$2.5M in revenue).
• Prospect outside to grow revenue and hit growth targets.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams and partners.
