U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M annual revenue.

You will support 2–3 branches, deepen client relationships, and translate financial information into practical guidance. The role requires outside prospecting, sales activities to meet targets, and collaboration across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS license registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Engage in proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
