Qualifications

• Requires expert-level consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3–4 years in relationship banking.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s business and financial needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, cash management and other core banking products.
• Design financial solutions aligned to client objectives and portfolio quality expectations.
• Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends and risk indicators.
• Partner with underwriting and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities.
