U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will drive prospecting, discovery, and consultative sales while coordinating with branch teams, centers of influence, and other lines of business to optimize client value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience preferred.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; compliant with related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Engage in outreach, discovery, consultative selling and disciplined follow-through to deepen client relationships.
• Collaborate with branch teams and internal partners; manage CRM discipline and client_value through coordination.
