U.S. Bank is seeking a sales-focused Business Banking Specialist to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. You will combine digital tools with strong personal connections to grow relationships and meet targets.

The role requires five days on site at a U.S. Bank location and some driving time each week. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer service or consultative sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Willingness to work from a U.S. Bank location five days a week and drive at least two hours per week.
• Knowledge of banking operations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing customer relationships and develop new opportunities through business development activities.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and other U.S. Bank areas for additional needs.
