U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SBA partner for branches, delivering financial solutions to small businesses and deepening client relationships across Chicago-area branches.

The role requires outside prospecting, structured discovery, consultative selling, and strong CRM discipline to balance acquisition, growth, and service while adhering to banking laws and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Demonstrates job-related experience aligned to proficient client discovery, prospecting, solutioning, relationship-building, communication, product knowledge, pipeline management, and risk management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue.
• Provide financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury management, and cash-flow tools.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams to ensure a coordinated client experience.
• Identify client priorities and translate financial information and goals into practical guidance and solutions.
