U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SBA partner for assigned branches in the Chicago area. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, translating financial information into practical guidance, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions to small businesses with revenues from $500K to $2.5M.

The position requires outside prospecting, meeting targets, and strong CRM discipline, with five days on-site at U.S. Bank locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, or small-business banking.
• Experience in discovery, prospecting, solutioning, relationship-building, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial solutions to small businesses and manage branch relationships.
• Conduct proactive outreach, pipeline management and cross-sell banking products.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure compliant banking practices.
