U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for branches and relationships, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will engage in outside prospecting, discovery, and consultative selling while coordinating with partners to meet growth targets and maintain strong CRM discipline. Location is Chicago-area with five days per week on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business-related fields.
• Three+ years in customer service, consultative sales or small-business banking.
• Experience aligns with client discovery, prospecting, solutioning and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect outside and drive revenue through proactive outreach and structured discovery.
