Qualifications

• Experience with client discovery, solutioning, and risk management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Provide financial solutions for small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Prospect, outreach, and maintain CRM discipline to grow relationships.
• Collaborate with branches, clients, and partners, ensuring coordinated experience.
