Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Identify and align banking products and services to client needs.
• Support branch teams with relationship management and CRM discipline.
