The role requires outside prospecting, relationship building, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable guidance for clients, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and disciplined CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance including criminal and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling and follow-through.
