Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, and small‑business banking.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Identify client needs and offer financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury, and digital tools.
• Maintain CRM discipline and achieve sales targets through proactive outreach.
