U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or consultative sales, plus NMLS registration and a solid banking operations understanding. You will grow client relationships through outreach, discovery, and disciplined follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z, with clean criminal/credit records

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M
• Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, and consultative selling
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch partners and other business lines
