You will provide comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M, including deposits, lending, treasury management, and digital tools. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to grow revenue and ensure client value while maintaining responsible

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales or small-business banking.
• NMLS/SAFE Act registration and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury and digital tools.
