Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Executive for Spectrum Business in Montana. You will prospect small businesses, analyze needs, and tailor Spectrum solutions across data, voice, video and mobile services. You’ll guide leads from first contact through final sale and maintain precise activity records.

You’ll travel in-territory daily, with occasional office-based work, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact through final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Consistently simplify and enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
