Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in small business markets. You’ll identify prospects, conduct needs analyses, and tailor Spectrum’s data, voice, video, and mobile solutions to each client.

This field-based role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple sales activities from first contact to close, with a focus on exceptional service and seamless order execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to manage sales and administrative tasks and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to close.
• Maintain records of sales activities and closed deals using required software.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Provide proactive communication to enhance customer experience.
