Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business within a defined sales territory. You will engage small businesses, analyze their needs, and tailor Spectrum's data, voice, video, and mobile solutions to help them grow.

You'll travel daily, balance field work with occasional office time, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless orders and outstanding service. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Meet sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
