Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in small business markets across Montana. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to deliver Spectrum’s communications solutions, from data and internet to voice and mobile, while building lasting relationships with local entrepreneurs.

Daily field-based responsibilities include prospecting, needs analyses, and guiding leads from first contact to final sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/tech industry experience.
• Proven ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of activities and closed deals using required software.
• Collaborate with other business groups for seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products.
• Provide proactive communication to enhance the customer experience.
