U.S. Bank in California is seeking a skilled business banking professional to provide financial solutions for small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M. You will deepen existing relationships, prospect new clients, and collaborate with branch partners to serve customers effectively.

The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and includes driving to client sites as needed. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Actively deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and develop new relationship opportunities through business development activities.
• Combine digital tools with strong human connections to offer solutions to business customers.
• This role requires outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue and achieve the assigned financial targets and growth goals.
• Refer clients to Business Banking and/or other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
