Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role emphasizes outside prospecting, large emphasis on building new relationships and deepening existing ones using a mix of digital tools and personal engagement. Responsibilities include opening accounts, servicing clients, and referring opportunities to Business Banking or other units while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Solid knowledge of banking operations, policies and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue.
• Open and service accounts for business customers.
• Develop relationships with internal partners and clients.
• Refer clients to Business Banking or other units as needed.
• Work from a U.S. Bank location five days per week and drive two hours+ weekly.
