U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking professional responsible for delivering excellent customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will deepen existing relationships and pursue new opportunities through active prospecting and business development efforts. The role involves opening accounts, identifying product solutions, and coordinating with branch partners to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Develop new relationships through business development activities and outside prospecting.
• Open accounts and identify product solutions; assist with servicing and maintenance.
