The role requires active outside prospecting, relationship development, and collaboration with branch partners to grow revenue and meet targets. Responsibilities include opening accounts, recommending products, and servicing client needs, with compensation reflecting base and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies and product offerings

• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
