Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three+ years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Develop and deepen relationships with small business clients to generate revenue.
• Prospect and nurture new business opportunities; refer clients to Business Banking as needed.
• Coordinate with branch partners and other lines of business to fulfill client needs.
