Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will develop relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through while addressing client needs with banking products, treasury and payment solutions, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act requirements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SBA banking partner for assigned branches and small businesses.
• Demonstrate proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to grow client relationships.
• Coordinate with branches and partners to provide cash-flow tools, deposits, lending, and digital solutions.
