Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
NMLS registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

Act as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
Identify stated and unstated client priorities, align products and services to growth, efficiency, and risk objectives, and clearly articulate value, trade-offs, and next steps.
Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners, maintaining relationship ownership and CRM discipline.
